Estimated Delivery Times
Products purchased in-store for home delivery follow the timelines below:
• DPD Next Day Delivery
Eligible items ordered before 12pm Monday–Thursday are delivered the next working day.
• Weekend Delivery
Eligible items ordered before 12pm Friday qualify for Saturday or Sunday delivery.
• Local Delivery
Evening delivery is available after 8pm.
Alternative delivery times can be arranged with advance notice.
• Self Pickup
Collection is available Monday–Sunday during the following windows:
• 9:30am–10:00am
• 5:30pm–11:30pm

• DPD Delivery: £9.99–£19.99 (depending on item size and destination)
• Local Delivery: From £3.00
• Self Pickup: Free
All delivery costs are shown clearly at checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery Details
• Items displayed in-store but delivered to your home are dispatched from our fulfilment location.
• You will receive an order confirmation and a dispatch notification once your item has been shipped.
• Tracking information is provided for DPD deliveries.
• Local delivery times may vary depending on location and order volume.
• If you need to amend your delivery address or time, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns & Refund Policy – Boxed Balloons UK 🎈
At Boxed Balloons UK, every balloon arrangement is handcrafted to order and personalised just for you. Because each design is bespoke, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been made.
We take great care to ensure your balloons arrive in perfect condition:
• All balloons are inflated and prepared just hours before collection or delivery
• Every item is checked for quality and appearance before it leaves us
• If any balloon shows a defect during preparation, it is replaced immediately at no extra cost
• Balloons delivered and damaged by DPD will be replaced if possible or refunded please notify us immediately.
