Returns & Refund Policy – Boxed Balloons UK 🎈
At Boxed Balloons UK, every balloon arrangement is handcrafted to order and personalised just for you. Because each design is bespoke, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been made.
We take great care to ensure your balloons arrive in perfect condition:
• All balloons are inflated and prepared just hours before collection or delivery
• Every item is checked for quality and appearance before it leaves us
• If any balloon shows a defect during preparation, it is replaced immediately at no extra cost
